WE DEVELOP YOUR DESIGN AND TECH PACK
We directly manufacture using your existing artwork. For artwork design and development, based on the brief provided, our team will construct the sublimation artwork and color references, along with the construction documentation.

YOU APPROVE A PHYSICAL SAMPLE
This stage cannot be skipped at Rajco USA.
We ensure that the sample produced for your order is the same as the bulk production. You get to check the garment fit and all the construction details.
We only make changes to the samples. Once production of the jerseys has started, we cannot make adjustments.
BULK PRODUCTION WITH QUALITY INSPECTION
After we have your sample approval we will begin bulk production following Rajco USA Quality protocols. During production our QC team does inline inspections and does a final audit before shipment. During these audits our team checks color consistency, size run dimensionally accuracy, the integrity of stitching at stress points, and quality of finishing on every unit.
